Equipment
- 1 Air fryer
- 1 Knife and cutting board
- 1 Small Mixing Bowl
- 1 Mixing Spoon or Spatula
- 1 Pait of tongs
Ingredients
- 1 Medium apple, cored
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. Granola We like Purely Elizabeth's
- 1/4 Cup Non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Core the apple: Use an apple corer or a small knife toremove the core and seeds from the center of the apple,creating a hollow cavity. Make sure not to cut through thebottom of the apple.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar-free maplesyrup together.
- Brush or drizzle the cinnamon maple mixture over theinside and outside of the apple, making sure it's evenlycoated.
- Place the coated apple in the preheated air fryer basket.
- Air fry the apple at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes oruntil it becomes tender and slightly caramelized. Cookingtime may vary depending on the size and type of apple, sokeep an eye on it.
- Carefully remove the baked apple from the air fryer usingtongs or a spatula.
- While the apple is still warm, dollop greek yogurt into theapple and sprinkle the granola over the top, allowing it tostick to the maple coating.
