Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer
  • 1 Knife and cutting board
  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Mixing Spoon or Spatula
  • 1 Pait of tongs

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium apple, cored
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Granola We like Purely Elizabeth's
  • 1/4 Cup Non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  • Core the apple: Use an apple corer or a small knife to
remove the core and seeds from the center of the apple,
creating a hollow cavity. Make sure not to cut through the
    bottom of the apple.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar-free maple
    syrup together.
  • Brush or drizzle the cinnamon maple mixture over the
inside and outside of the apple, making sure it's evenly
    coated.
  • Place the coated apple in the preheated air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the apple at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes or
until it becomes tender and slightly caramelized. Cooking
time may vary depending on the size and type of apple, so
    keep an eye on it.
  • Carefully remove the baked apple from the air fryer using
    tongs or a spatula.
  • While the apple is still warm, dollop greek yogurt into the
apple and sprinkle the granola over the top, allowing it to
    stick to the maple coating.
  • Enjoy your warm, delicious Air Fryer Maple Cinnamon
Baked Apple as a healthy dessert or snack!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of cinnamon, maple
syrup, or granola to suit your taste preferences and
nutritional needs.
