Who Is The FHM+ Active Membership For?

  • You want to lose weight, build muscle, and achieve the lean, “toned” look.
  • You are comfortable with guided workouts that offer form cue videos and written cues.
  • You are comfortable with repeating workouts every month with an emphasis on progressive overload (getting stronger and more adept in each exercise over the month).
  • You want to join a community of hundreds of women (& some men!) doing these workouts alongside you.
  • You are willing to take control of your workouts, pushing yourself to add reps & when and where you can.

This membership is NOT for you if…

  • You like follow-along workouts.
  • You like workouts that change weekly.
  • You like high-intensity workouts with a lot of jumping and circuits.

What’s Included With FHM Active Membership?

Included with your membership is:

  • Monthly strength training workouts (5 days per week with 30 or 60-minute options)

What Workout Equipment Is Required With FHM+ Active?

What Are The Workouts Like?

All FHM Active workouts are designed to get you results. Our simple, yet effective approach to fitness will allow you to lose body fat, increase lean muscle tissue, and build & sculpt your body - all from home on your schedule!

FHM Active workouts are strength training-based. We primarily focus on single sets (performing several sets of one exercise in a row before moving on to the next exercise) and supersets (performing two exercises back to back).

In our monthly workout programs, you will see the following workout split:

  • 2 upper body days
  • 2 lower body days
  • 1 full body day

I always recommend prioritizing the muscle group-specific workouts, leaving the full-body workout as an optional workout if your schedule allows. During some months, the full-body workout might be more cardio/conditioning focussed vs strength-focused - this is the workout that allows a lot of flexibility!

Workout Split/Schedule

  • Day 1: Lower Body I
  • Day 2: Shoulders, Chest, Triceps, & Core
  • Day 3: Back, Biceps, & Core
  • Day 4: Lower Body II
  • Day 5: Full Body

Repetition

We will repeat the monthly workouts for the duration of the month (typically 4 weeks) before moving on to the next month’s workouts. The goal is to make progress in each exercise via increased reps, weight, time under tension, form, etc.

Each month, you will get a new set of workouts, however, you will see similar movements from month to month because we focus on the basics that will deliver results.
