Air Fryer BBQ Turkey Meatballs
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Large spoon or ice cream scooper
- 1 Mixing spoon
- 1 Air fryer
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Finely chopped white onion
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Suagr-free BBQ sauce I used G. Hughes
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Add the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic,cheddar, egg, worcestershire sauce, and seasoningsto a large bowl.
- Combine ingredients and form into one large ball.
- Using a spoon or ice cream scooper, create 10 evenmeatballs.
- Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees. Spay air fryerbasket with cooking spray. Add meatballs into the airfryer in a single layer.
- Allow meatballs to cook for 8-10 minutes. Flip.Continue to cook for another 8-10 minutes or untilmeatballs are cooked through (internal temperatureshould be 165 degrees).
- Remove from air fryer, drizzle with BBQ sauce,serve, and enjoy!
