Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender
  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the bananas, PBFit peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla unsweetened almond milk.
  • Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  • Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they are centered and upright.
  • Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are completely firm.
  • Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by running warm water on the outside of the molds. This will help release the popsicles easily.
  • If desired, drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle chopped peanuts on each popsicle. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

To prepare PBfit peanut butter, follow the instructions on the package. Typically, you'll need to mix the PBfit powder with water until it reaches the desired consistency.
If you prefer a sweeter popsicle, you can add a touch of honey or maple syrup to the mixture before blending.
Adjust the amount of almond milk to achieve your preferred consistency. If you want thicker popsicles, use less almond milk, and for a lighter texture, add a bit more.
