Peanut Butter Banana Popsicles
Equipment
- 1 High-speed blender
- Popsicle mold
- Popsicle sticks
Ingredients
- 3 regular bananas, regular size
- 6 tbsp PBfit peanut butter (prepared per package instructions)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (we like 1st Phorm Level 1 or Clean Simple Eats)
- ½ cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- Optional toppings: chocolate, peanuts
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the bananas, PBFit peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla unsweetened almond milk.
- Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold, ensuring they are centered and upright.
- Place the filled popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are completely firm.
- Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by running warm water on the outside of the molds. This will help release the popsicles easily.
- If desired, drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle chopped peanuts on each popsicle. Serve and enjoy!
