  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Spatula

  • 1 cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI))
  • 1/4 cup Sugar cookie mix
  • 1/4 cup Swerve brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp sprinkles

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder. Stir well until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the sugar cookie mix and brown sugar to the bowl. Mix it thoroughly into the yogurt and protein powder mixture. Ensure that there are no lumps.
  • Add cashew butter and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix it in thoroughly to enhance the creamy texture and nutty flavor of the dip.
  • Gently fold in sprinkles, adding a pop of color and a fun, festive touch to the sugar cookie dip.
  • Once all the ingredients are well combined, refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to chill.
  • Before serving, give the dip a final stir to ensure it is smooth and creamy. Optionally, top with additional sprinkles for a decorative finish.
  • Serve the sugar cookie dip with your favorite dippables such as pretzels, fruit slices, or cookies. Enjoy!

Experiment with a variety of dippables such as pretzels, apple slices, strawberries, or graham crackers to discover your favorite pairing for this sugar cookie dip.
Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can be kept for up to 2-3 days, though it's best enjoyed fresh.
