  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spoon or spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons


  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup bread crumbs (any kind will work)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp light Caesar dressing (I used Boltgouse Farms Greek Yogurt Caesar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings (romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, extra Caesar dressing)


  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Caesar dressing, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
    1 lb. ground chicken, ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese, ½ cup bread crumbs (any kind will work), 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp light Caesar dressing (I used Boltgouse Farms Greek Yogurt Caesar), Salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Split the mixture into 4 equal portions and form patties.
  • Add 4 patties to the pre-heated air fryer and cook for about 7 minutes on each side.
  • Serve on a bun topped with romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onions, and extra Caesar dressing. Enjoy!
