Equipment

  • 1 Small frying panm
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz. Lean ground turkey I used 93/7
  • 1 tbsp Hamburger seasoning
  • 1 Low-carb tortilla I used Mission Carb Balance
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 3-4 Pickle chips Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Spray a small skillet over medium-high heat, add 3 oz. ground turkey. Chop into small pieces and allow to cook until no longer pink. Sprinkle with hamburger seasoning, mixing in well.
  • Remove turkey burger from pan, set aside.
  • Add tortilla to pan. Top tortilla with ½ shredded cheese, ground turkey, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and remaining cheese.
  • Fold in half carefully, ensuring filling doesn’t spill out.
  • Sear both sides of the tortilla until golden brown
  • Remove from heat, and enjoy!
