“FHM Ground Turkey Cheeseburger Quesadilla”

Loaded Ground Turkey Cheeseburger Quesadilla
Equipment
- 1 Small frying panm
- 1 Measuring cups and spoons
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Lean ground turkey I used 93/7
- 1 tbsp Hamburger seasoning
- 1 Low-carb tortilla I used Mission Carb Balance
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 3-4 Pickle chips Chopped
- 1/4 cup Reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Spray a small skillet over medium-high heat, add 3 oz. ground turkey. Chop into small pieces and allow to cook until no longer pink. Sprinkle with hamburger seasoning, mixing in well.
- Remove turkey burger from pan, set aside.
- Add tortilla to pan. Top tortilla with ½ shredded cheese, ground turkey, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and remaining cheese.
- Fold in half carefully, ensuring filling doesn’t spill out.
- Sear both sides of the tortilla until golden brown
- Remove from heat, and enjoy!
