I adore making protein-packed snacks and treats, it’s kind of my specialty. And this recipe is one that you can make a million different ways with endless flavor combinations. Since I am writing this recipe in October, I went with a Halloween theme and used Boo Oreo cookies, but you can customize this one however you like!

As a macro coach, one of the biggest struggles I see for clients is hitting their protein targets, so I have made it my mission to make including proper protein in your diet a cinch! Equipment

  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 5.3 oz. Greek yogurt cup (I used Chobani Zero in the Milk & Cookies flavor)
  • 2 tbsp Cool Whip Light
  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free chocolate pudding mix (I like this brand)
  • 1 tbsp Splenda or sweetener of your choice
  • Oreo Cookies
  • ½ scoop chocolate protein powder (I used 1st Phorm Level-1)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients excluding Oreos to a small mixing bowl. Stir vigorously until well blended.
  • Crush two Oreos on top, mix throughout, and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is super versatile! Feel free to use any flavor combination of your choosing.
This treat is best served cold. If you’re not planning to eat right away, cover and refrigerate. If refrigerating, wait until ready to serve before adding the crushed Oreos to keep them fresh and crunchy.
