Cottage Cheese Pizza Toast (Low-Calorie!)
Equipment
- 1 Plate
- 1 Knife or spoon for spreading
- 1 Toaster or toaster oven
Ingredients
- 2 Slices Low-calorie bread I used ROYO, code TAMI10 for 10% off
- 1/2 Cup Low-fat cottage cheese ~160g
- 4 tbsp. Pizza sauce
- 1/4 Cup Mini pepperoni ~15g
- 20 Grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: red pepper flakes and/or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Add bread to toaster and toast to your desired doneness.
- Place bread on plate and spread cottage cheese evenly across both slices followed by pizza sauce, mini pepperonis, and cheese.
- If desired, heat in the oven or toaster oven for ~5 mins to allow the cheese to melt, or, eat right away.
