“FH Meal Prep Pizza Pasta Bowl”

Meal Prep Pizza Pasta Bowls (with 37g of Protein!)
Equipment
- 4 Oven safe meal prep containers with lids
- Large spoon or spatula
Ingredients
- 1 box Banza rotini pasta, cooked Or pasta of choice
- 16 oz. Ground chicken breast, cooked and drained
- 60 grams Mini pepperonis
- 40 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 tbsp Pizza sauce
- Optional seasonings: Red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook ground chicken and pasta according to package instructions.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Assemble pizza bowls by splitting ground chicken, pasta, pizza sauce, and pepperoni between 4 bowls. Sprinkle with seasoinings, if desired.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Place in oven and bake for ~10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Once cooled, seal with airtight lids and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. When ready to eat, microwave for 60-90 seconds. Enjoy!
