Here's a quick video of me making this recipe:

Recommended Protein Powder

1st Phorm Level-1: 1st Phorm's protein powder is one of the best for baking – the formula is high quality and their vanilla flavor (which you would use for this recipe) tastes amazing.

Clean Simple Eats: Clean Simple Eats protein is super high quality, one of my favorite protein powders out there. It's husband / wife operated and they focus on macro-friendly recipes.

Just Ingredients: Another excellent option for baking as Just Ingredients protein powder is right on par with high quality, taste and mixability.

  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Mixing spoon or small spatula

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pudding mix, protein powder, and lite cool whip until combined.
1 5.3 oz. container of fat-free lemon Greek yogurt (I used Chobani Zero in Lemon Meringue Pie, Two Good has a great lemon option, too), ¼ tsp Lemon pudding mix, ½ Scoop (about 17g) vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm, Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI), or Just Ingredients (code TAMI10)
  • Top with crushed Oreo Thins and additional cool whip, if desired. Enjoy!
2 tbsp Lite Cool Whip, 2 Lemon Oreo Thins

Customize your Lemon Cream Protein Parfait by adding other toppings such as sliced almonds, white chocolate chips, or lemon nut butter (I love the Lemon Coconut Cashew Butter from Clean Simple Eats) for extra indulgence.
