  • 1 Mixing spoon or small spatula

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix Greek yogurt, pudding mix, protein powder, and lite cool whip until combined.
    1 5.3 oz. container of fat-free lemon Greek yogurt (I used Chobani Zero in Lemon Meringue Pie, Two Good has a great lemon option, too), ¼ tsp Lemon pudding mix, ½ Scoop (about 17g) vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm, Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI), or Just Ingredients (code TAMI10)
  • Top with crushed Oreo Thins and additional cool whip, if desired. Enjoy!
    2 tbsp Lite Cool Whip, 2 Lemon Oreo Thins

Notes

Customize your Lemon Cream Protein Parfait by adding other toppings such as sliced almonds, white chocolate chips, or lemon nut butter (I love the Lemon Coconut Cashew Butter from Clean Simple Eats) for extra indulgence.
