Avocado-Banana Chocolate Protein Pudding

Equipment

  • 1 Spatula
  • Measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ ripe banana, peeled
  • cup chocolate protein powder I used Gold Standard Whey. We also highly recommend 1st Phorm (click the link to go to 1st Phorm) or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI will save you money)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp stevia or low-calorie sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Cut each avocado in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Add coconut milk, avocado, and banana to blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients (protein powder, vanilla, a pink of salt, honey, dark chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and sweetener) to blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Use a spatula to scrape the sides of the blender and mix again.
  • Chill for a few hours until cool. Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
