Equipment

  • 1 Microwave-Safe Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Whisk or Mixing Spoon
  • Measuring Cups & Spoons

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used 1st Phorm Level-1)
  • 2 tbsp Egg white
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Stevia, powder (or sweetener of choice)
  • 2 tbsp Pancake Mix (I used Kodiak Cakes)
  • ½ medium Banana
  • 2 tbsp Almond Milk – Vanilla – Unsweetened
  • 20 White Chocolate Baking Chips (I used Lilly’s)
  • Drizzle Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • In a small, microwave-safe mixing bowl, add the banana, protein powder, pancake mix, egg whites, baking powder, vanilla extract, sweetener, almond milk, and white chocolate chips.
  • Stir until all ingredients are well combined. It’s ok if your banana is a little chunky!
  • Add bowl to microwave for 90 seconds, keeping a close eye on the mixture to avoid any over-spilling (the bread will rise as it cooks!)
  • Carefully remove bowl from microwave, drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup, and enjoy!

Notes

Customize your bowl by adding extra toppings like sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra touch of flavor.
