Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Glass or to-go cup for serving

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • chopped pecans, garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend everything until it's smooth and creamy.

Notes

If you prefer a thicker texture, you can throw in a handful of ice cubes when blending.
