High Protein Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
This creamy blend combines the rich taste of pumpkin pie with the convenience of a smoothie. With simple ingredients and a few easy steps, you'll have a seasonal treat that's perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a dessert.
Equipment
- 1 High-speed blender
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Glass or to-go cup for serving
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- chopped pecans, garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend everything until it's smooth and creamy.

Notes
