3 Reasons Why You'll Love This Recipe

  1. It's ready in 5 minutes or less. Need a quick breakfast or a speedy snack? Our High Protein Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is ready to hit the spot in just a few moments.
  2. It's packed with hidden veggies. We used our secret smoothie ingredient to bulk this shake up, make it extra creamy, and give you an extra dose of veggies for the day!
  3. It's high in protein without protein powder. While I fully enjoy smoothies that contain protein powder, sometimes it's nice to find ways to hit your protein without it. Our Pumpkin Pie Smoothie gets the bulk of its protein content from smooth, creamy Greek yogurt.
