Ingredients
- 1/2 medium Banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp Dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1 cup Skim milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp Cosmic sprinkles
