Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 medium Banana, frozen
  • 1/4 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1 cup Skim milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Cosmic sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the milkshake into a glass and enjoy!
  • Optional: Top with cosmic sprinkles.
