- 1 Large pot or dutch oven
- 1 Mixing spoon
- Measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients
- 32 oz. Chicken broth
- 8 oz. Protein angel hair pasta, broken in half I used Barilla Protein Plus
- 2 cups Chopped or shredded cooked chicken
- 14 oz. Bag frozen broccoli florets
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt-based Caesar dressing I used Bolthouse Farms
- 1/4 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In large Dutch oven, add chicken broth, pasta, chicken,broccoli, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir untilcombined.
- Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Cover & reduceheat to medium; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirringoccasionally, until most of liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in Greek yogurt Caesar dressing; cook 1 to 2 minuteslonger or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir inParmesan cheese. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese,if desired. Enjoy!
