Buffalo Ranch Cottage Cheese Flatbread
Equipment
- 1 High-speed blender
- 1 Small sheet pan
- 1 Measuring cups and spoons
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese I use Good Culture brand
- 1/2 cup Liquid egg whites
- 2 tbsp. Buffalo hot sauce
- 1-2 tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add cottage cheese, egg whites, and Buffalo sauce to blender cup. Place on blender and blend until smooth and creamy (~30 seconds).
- Pour blended mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over top of mixture evenly.
- Place in oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the wrap is fully cooked through.
- Allow to cool before gently separating wrap from parchment paper.
- Add the fillings you wish and enjoy!
