1cupLow-fat cottage cheeseI use Good Culture brand
1/2cupLiquid egg whites
2tbsp.Buffalo hot sauce
1-2tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add cottage cheese, egg whites, and Buffalo sauce to blender cup. Place on blender and blend until smooth and creamy (~30 seconds).
Pour blended mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over top of mixture evenly.
Place in oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the wrap is fully cooked through.
Allow to cool before gently separating wrap from parchment paper.
Add the fillings you wish and enjoy!
Notes
Be sure to allow your wrap to cook fully, failure to do so can cause the wrap to stick to your parchment paper and not hold together with your fillings.
