  2. It's really simple to make. You only need a few ingredients, a blender, and a sheet pan to make this Buffalo Ranch Cottage Cheese Flatbread, making it perfect for those of us who don't like to get too fancy in the kitchen.
  3. You can design your own flavor combinations. If Buffalo Ranch isn't your jam, swap for something else! You can start with the base recipe of cottage cheese and egg whites and customize your wrap flavor using any condiments and seasonings you wish.

  • 1 High-speed blender
  • 1 Small sheet pan
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons
  • 1 Spatula

  • 1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese I use Good Culture brand
  • 1/2 cup Liquid egg whites
  • 2 tbsp. Buffalo hot sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add cottage cheese, egg whites, and Buffalo sauce to blender cup. Place on blender and blend until smooth and creamy (~30 seconds).
  • Pour blended mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over top of mixture evenly.
  • Place in oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the wrap is fully cooked through.
  • Allow to cool before gently separating wrap from parchment paper.
  • Add the fillings you wish and enjoy!

Be sure to allow your wrap to cook fully, failure to do so can cause the wrap to stick to your parchment paper and not hold together with your fillings.
