- 1 Jar with lid – I love these ones bc they come with a spoon, but a mason jar or Tupperware will work great, too!
- Measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI))
- 1 5.3 oz. Container vanilla Greek Yogurt (I used Chobani Zero)
- 1 tsp Strawberry sugar-free pudding mix (I used this brand)
- 2 tbsp Lite Cool Whip
- 5 large strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Add ½ cup rolled oats, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI)), 1 5.3 oz. Container vanilla Greek Yogurt (I used Chobani Zero), 3 chopped strawberries, and 1 tsp Strawberry sugar-free pudding mix (I used this brand) to jar and stir until well combined.
- Place the lid on your airtight container and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove jar from refrigerator, top with 2 tbsp Lite Cool Whip and remaining 2 chopped strawberries, and enjoy!
