  • 1/3 cup Skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1-2 Medium oranges, peeled
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
