Equipment
- Mixing bowl
- Electric mixer or whisk
- Rubber spatula or spoon
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Airtight container for storing the dip (optional)
- Serving bowl or platter
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. package 1/3 less-fat cream cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (~30g)
- 1 1 oz. package Sugar-Free Jello Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 5.3 oz. Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Cool Whip Lite
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and vanilla protein powder. Use an electric mixer or whisk to beat them together until smooth and well combined.
- Sprinkle the Sugar-Free Jello Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix over the cream cheese mixture. Continue to mix until the pudding mix is fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
- Add in the greek yogurt and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix again until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip Lite until it is fully blended into the dip, creating a light and fluffy texture.
- Give the dip a taste and adjust the sweetness or flavoring if desired. Add a bit more vanilla extract or a sweetener of your choice, if needed.
- Once the dip is well mixed and has a creamy consistency, transfer it to a serving bowl or platter.
- If time allows, cover the bowl or wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the dip to set.
- When ready to serve, remove the dip from the refrigerator and give it a quick stir. Arrange your favorite dippers such as fruit slices, cookies, or pretzels around the bowl. Enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure to soften the cream cheese before starting the recipe to ensure easy mixing and a smooth texture. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving to enhance the flavors and achieve a creamier texture.
