PB Cup Protein Fluff
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Mixing Spoon or Spatula
- 1 Knife
- Serving dish or individual dessert cups
Ingredients
- 8 oz. zero sugar Cool Whip
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, vanilla
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sugar free vanilla Jello mix
- 6 dark chocolate Reese thins
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip, nonfat Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, powdered peanut butter, and sugar-free vanilla Jello mix. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Take the Reese thins and chop them into small pieces. You can use a knife or break them apart with your hands. Set aside a small portion of the chopped Reese thins for garnishing.
- Add the majority of the chopped Reese thins to the mixing bowl with the fluff mixture. Gently fold them in until they are evenly distributed throughout the fluff mixture.
- Once the mixture is well combined, transfer it to a serving dish or individual dessert cups.
- Sprinkle the reserved chopped Reese thins over the top of the fluff as a garnish.
- Place the dish or cups in the refrigerator and let the fluff chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Chilling helps the flavors meld together and gives the fluff a light and airy texture.
- Serve the PB Cup Fluff chilled and enjoy!
