“FHM Oreo Truffle Balls”

3-Ingredient Oreo Truffle Balls
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Cookie scoop
Ingredients
- 36 Oreo Cookies
- 4 oz Neufchatel cheese
- 1/4 cup White chocolate chips or baking wafers
Instructions
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. If you don't have a food processor, you can place the cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened Neufchatel cheese. Mix well until the crumbs and cheese are thoroughly combined, forming a uniform dough-like consistency.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Place the truffle balls on a parchment paper-lined tray.
- Place the tray with the formed truffle balls in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 30 minutes. This will help the truffle balls firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate until smooth and creamy. Stir the chocolate at 20-second intervals if using a microwave to prevent burning.
- Using a fork, drizzle each truffle with white chocolate.
- Once the Oreo truffle balls are fully set, transfer them to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy these delicious and indulgent treats!
