Macro Friendly Lemon Cookie Cream Protein Parfait
Equipment
- 1 Small Mixing Bowl
- 1 Mixing spoon or small spatula
Ingredients
- 1 5.3 oz. container of fat-free lemon Greek yogurt (I used Chobani Zero in Lemon Meringue Pie, Two Good has a great lemon option, too)
- ½ Scoop (about 17g) vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm, Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI), or Just Ingredients (code TAMI10)
- ¼ tsp Lemon pudding mix
- 2 tbsp Lite Cool Whip
- 2 Lemon Oreo Thins
Instructions
