I love a good dip; it's one of the easiest things to bring to a party or celebration. If you have an upcoming holiday celebration, make sure our High-Protein Sugar Cookie Dip makes the food list!
Every time I make this dip, I get asked for the recipe, and most people are genuinely shocked to find out that it contains protein powder, you truly don't taste it! I like to pair this seasonal dip with a variety of dippers to please everyone and give different flavor experiences at the same time. Pretzels, graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, and apples all provide excellent dipping options!
P.s. if you like this recipe, you're also going to love our High Protein Cheesecake Dip!

“FHM High Protein Sugar Cookie Dip”

High Protein Sugar Cookie Dip
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI))
- 1/4 cup Sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 cup Swerve brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder. Stir well until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the sugar cookie mix and brown sugar to the bowl. Mix it thoroughly into the yogurt and protein powder mixture. Ensure that there are no lumps.
- Add cashew butter and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix it in thoroughly to enhance the creamy texture and nutty flavor of the dip.
- Gently fold in sprinkles, adding a pop of color and a fun, festive touch to the sugar cookie dip.
- Once all the ingredients are well combined, refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to chill.
- Before serving, give the dip a final stir to ensure it is smooth and creamy. Optionally, top with additional sprinkles for a decorative finish.
- Serve the sugar cookie dip with your favorite dippables such as pretzels, fruit slices, or cookies. Enjoy!
