- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Spoon
- 1 9×13 inch pan
- 1 Knife
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar-free maple syrup
- Pinch salt
- 4 cups Rice Crispy cereal
- 3/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Butterscotch chips
- 2 tbsp. Coconut oil
Instructions
- In a big microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter and sugar-free maple syrup. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and stir until smooth.
- Add the cereal and mix until they're all coated.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Put the peanut butter mix into the pan and press it down to make a solid layer.
- In another bowl, melt the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mix over the peanut butter layer and spread it out evenly.
- Put the pan in the fridge for 2-3 hours until everything is set.
- Once it's firm, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut it into bars or squares.

Notes
