  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips


  • Start by blending the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  • Gradually add the almond flour and vanilla protein powder to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated into the cottage cheese mixture.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips and gently stir until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Once the dough is well-mixed, cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes. Chilling the dough will make it easier to handle and enhance the flavors.
