  • Shredded cheese: I opted for Kroger Queso Quesadilla cheese. You can use whatever cheese you prefer. Shredded Monterey jack or pepper jack would be great!
  • Cooking spray: I used olive oil cooking spray. This will help to give the taquitos that golden color without actually frying them.
