Warm apple pie is such a nostalgic food for many of us. Unfortunately, most of us don't get the opportunity to enjoy it as often as we'd like. This Apple Cinnamon Protein Parfait, though, presents the perfect opportunity to enjoy all the flavors of a warm apple pie but with more protein and a lot less time spent in the kitchen. Let's whip up a batch!

3 Reasons Why You'll Love This Recipe

  1. Easy to make. While a traditional apple pie might take you hours to complete, this Apple Cinnamon Protein Parfait is ready in 5 minutes or less. It doesn't get any easier than that!
  2. Protein-packed. 36g of protein is a fantastic way to start your day! I aim to start my day with a minimum of 30g of protein to ensure that I'm on track for the day to hit my protein target, and this recipe takes care of that for me!
  3. Warm, creamy, and comforting. Sometimes we just need a meal that's going to hit the spot, and this one will certainly do that. Warm, cinnamon-covered apples meet the cool creaminess of vanilla greek yogurt to deliver a comforting and relaxing flavor experience that will not only taste great but will leave us feeling full and nourished for hours.
