Macro Friendly Personal BBQ Chicken Pizza (High Protein!)
Equipment
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Large sheet pan
- 1 Pizza Cutter
Ingredients
- 1 large pita bread, Joseph’s
- 4 oz. pre-cooked chicken breast
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce, G. Hughes
- Red onion, slivers
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, reduced fat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Place the pita bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a layer of BBQ sauce on the pita bread round, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the pre-cooked chicken breast over the BBQ sauce.
- Add sliced red onion over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Add any optional toppings that you prefer.
- Bake the pizzas for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the pita bread is toasted.
- Remove from the oven and let the pizzas cool for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve hot. Enjoy!
