3 Reasons Why You'll Love This Recipe

  1. You can add fresh blueberries for a fresh flavor spin. The muffin mix we use in this recipe contains little bits of blueberries, but nothing compares to the flavor explosion you get from biting into a real blueberry in your muffin. If you have fresh blueberries readily available, I highly recommend adding them to your batter.
  2. It's a simple protein hack. I coach countless women on how to hit their protein goal (and the importance of doing so), and one of my favorite ways to make things simple for them is to help them find recipes that they love and that making getting your protein in a breeze. These viral protein muffins are a new go-to for me.
  3. Your whole family will enjoy them. These muffins are kid and husband-approved, so go ahead and make a double batch because chances are these won't last long!
