“FHM 3-Ingredient Protein Muffins”

3-Ingredient Blueberry Protein Muffins (Viral Recipe!)
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Mixing spoon
- 1 Muffin tin (12 count)
Ingredients
- 1 Box Box Kodiak Muffin Mix I used Blueberry for this recipe
- 1 Bottle Bottle Core Power Elite Pre-Made Protein Shake I used vanilla for this recipe
- 1 5.3 oz. Ratio Protein Yogurt I used blueberry for this recipe
- Optional: 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease or line a muffin tin.
- Add all three ingredients to mix bowl.
- Stir until just combined – don't overmix.
- Optional: Fold in some fresh blueberries.
- Add mixture to muffin tin, dividing evenly between 12 muffins (it's ok if they are pretty full, they won't rise a ton).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
