Snickers Cottage Cheese Dessert Cups
Equipment
- 1 Medium mixing bowl
- 1 Mixing Spoon or Spatula
- 4 Individual cups or jars
- 1 High-speed blender

- 16 oz. Low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup Powdered peanut butter, prepared per package instructions
- 1/3 cup Sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Peanuts, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Use a blender to blend until smooth and creamy.
- Using a microwave, heat the chocolate in 20-second intervals and stir in between until smooth.
- Evenly distribute the blended cottage cheese mixture into individual dessert bowls or cups.
