Fact: I'm a sucker for anything “monster cookie.” Between the cookie crumbles, the M&M's, and the fun colors, it's just one of those treat themes that are exciting to reach for (even as an adult!).
If you have a Ninja Creami ice cream machine (who doesn't at this point?), you have to try this recipe! It's not only fun to look at, but it's packed with 35g of protein and contains a crunchy mix-in in every bite.
P.s. If you love Monster Cookie as much as I do, whip up a batch of our Monster Cookie Protein Bites to have on hand as a healthy, balanced snack. These are kiddo-approved, too!
3 Reasons Why You'll Love This Creami Creation
- It contains 35g of protein. Depending on which protein powder you use, you can count on there being about 35g of protein per pint in this Ninja Creami creation. Not a bad way to hit your protein goal if you ask me!
- You'll get a crunchy bit in every bite. One of the best part about making your own protein ice cream at home using your Ninja Creami machine is the ability to add in your favorite mix-ins! This recipe contains both crunchy cookies and M&Ms, ensuring you get a crunchy bit in every bite.
- It's a fun recipe. Sure, we might think of a kid when we think about “monster cookie” but adults deserve to have some fun, too!
