Margarita Grilled Chicken
Equipment
- 1 Large ziplock bag
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 whisk
- 1 Grill (gas or charcoal)
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cups Simply Mixology Lime Margarita Mocktail & Mixer Or a similar product from another brand
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Optional, cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil margarita mix, salt, garlic powder, and pepper, and whisk until well blended.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in the bag. Seal the bag, ensuring the chicken is well-coated, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, discarding any leftover marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it is thoroughly cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Optional: Top each piece of chicken with chopped cilantro before serving.
