“FHM Sheet Pan Chicken Parm”

Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan
Equipment
- 2 shallow medium bowls
- 1 Fork
- 1 parchment paper
- 1 Large sheet pan
- Serving plates/bowls
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line your sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, whisk the egg. In another shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each chicken breast into the whisked egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure to coat evenly on both sides.
- Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until fully cooked and golden.
- Remove the chicken from the oven. Serve with your choice of pasta and sauce or a side salad. Enjoy!
