“FHM Meal Prep Biscuits & Gravy”

Meal Prep High Protein Biscuits & Gravy Bowls
Equipment
- 4 2 cup oven-safe meal prep containers
- 1 Large cooking sheet
- Measuring Cups & Spoons
- 1 Small saucepan
- 1 whisk
Ingredients
- 4 Pillsbury Southern Biscuits
- 2 cups Liquid egg whites
- 2 cups Ground turkey sausage I used Jimmy Deans Crumbles
- 8 tbsp. Prepared Pioneer Country Gravy Mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place 4 meal prep, 2-cup sized bowls on a cooking sheet.
- Slice 4 biscuits into small, bite-sized pieces and add 1 biscuit to each bowl.
- Top with 1/2 cup each turkey sausage crumbles, & egg whites, and finally, 2 tbsp. prepared gravy (follow package instructions for preparing gravy mix).
- Place in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until top is golden brown and egg whites & biscuits are fully cooked through.
- Remove from oven and enjoy immediately or allow to cool, secure with an airtight lid, and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Are the biscuits supposed to be pre cooked? Or slice the refrigerated dough?
