Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place 4 meal prep, 2-cup sized bowls on a cooking sheet.
Slice 4 biscuits into small, bite-sized pieces and add 1 biscuit to each bowl.
Top with 1/2 cup each turkey sausage crumbles, & egg whites, and finally, 2 tbsp. prepared gravy (follow package instructions for preparing gravy mix).
Place in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until top is golden brown and egg whites & biscuits are fully cooked through.
Remove from oven and enjoy immediately or allow to cool, secure with an airtight lid, and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
