Equipment

  • 4 2 cup oven-safe meal prep containers
  • 1 Large cooking sheet
  • Measuring Cups & Spoons
  • 1 Small saucepan
  • 1 whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pillsbury Southern Biscuits
  • 2 cups Liquid egg whites
  • 2 cups Ground turkey sausage I used Jimmy Deans Crumbles
  • 8 tbsp. Prepared Pioneer Country Gravy Mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place 4 meal prep, 2-cup sized bowls on a cooking sheet.
  • Slice 4 biscuits into small, bite-sized pieces and add 1 biscuit to each bowl.
  • Top with 1/2 cup each turkey sausage crumbles, & egg whites, and finally, 2 tbsp. prepared gravy (follow package instructions for preparing gravy mix).
  • Place in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until top is golden brown and egg whites & biscuits are fully cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and enjoy immediately or allow to cool, secure with an airtight lid, and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
