Onion & Feta Turkey Burgers
Equipment
- 1 Cutting board and knife
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Mixing spoon
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Lean ground turkey
- 1 Packet onion soup mix (1 oz.)
- 1/2 cup Reduced fat feta cheese
- 6 tbsp. Greek yogurt based ranch dressing
- 6 Brioche burger buns
- Cooking spray
Optional Toppings:
- Lettuce (shredded or leaves)
- Sliced roma tomatoes
- Additional feta cheese
- Additional ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey, onion soup mix, and feta. Mix gently until combined.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray.
