  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Mixing spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Lean ground turkey
  • 1 Packet onion soup mix (1 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup Reduced fat feta cheese
  • 6 tbsp. Greek yogurt based ranch dressing
  • 6 Brioche burger buns
  • Cooking spray

Optional Toppings:

  • Lettuce (shredded or leaves)
  • Sliced roma tomatoes
  • Additional feta cheese
  • Additional ranch dressing

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add ground turkey, onion soup mix, and feta. Mix gently until combined.
  • Place a large skillet over medium heat, spray with cooking spray.
  • Using your hands, make 6 burgers.
  • Place burgers in heated skillet, allow to cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, flip, and then cook for 4-5 minutes on the other side.
  • Prepare your buns by spreading 1 tbsp. of ranch dressing on each bun.
  • Remove burgers from pan. Place on buns with garnish/toppings of your choice, and enjoy!

Notes

If you’re not planning to eat all of the burgers at once, store them in an airtight container (without the bun) in the refrigerator. Warm them up in the microwave for ~60 seconds when ready to eat.
