Macro-Friendly Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap
Equipment
- 1 Cutting board and knife
Ingredients
- 1 Whole wheat wrap
- 1/4 cup Romain lettuce, chopped
- 1/8 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 3 oz. Cooked grilled chicken, sliced
- 1 tbsp Bacon bits
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Ranch dressing Or similar low-calorie option
Instructions
- To assemble the wraps, place wrap on a clean surface. Add lettuce to the middle of the wrap.
- Place chicken strips to the center of the wrap, followed by tomatoes, shredded cheese, and bacon.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing over the fillings.
- Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll it up tightly, securing the contents within the wrap.
- Serve immediately on an individual plate and desired sides. Enjoy!
