Equipment

  • 1 Cutting board and knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole wheat wrap
  • 1/4 cup Romain lettuce, chopped
  • 1/8 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 oz. Cooked grilled chicken, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Ranch dressing Or similar low-calorie option

Instructions
 

  • To assemble the wraps, place wrap on a clean surface. Add lettuce to the middle of the wrap.
  • Place chicken strips to the center of the wrap, followed by tomatoes, shredded cheese, and bacon.
  • Drizzle the ranch dressing over the fillings.
  • Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll it up tightly, securing the contents within the wrap.
  • Serve immediately on an individual plate and desired sides. Enjoy!
