Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • Parchment paper or non-stick baking mat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place some parchment paper or a baking sheet on a cooking sheet.
  • Spead crust mixture onto baking sheet, shaping it the way you like it. I made mine about 1” thick (try to keep it even!)
  • Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until edges begin to turn golden.
  • Remove from oven, dab off any excess water with a paper towel.
  • Add the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
