High Protein Buffalo Chicken Egg Roll Bowl

- 1 Large nonstick pan
- 1 Wooden spoon

Ingredients
- 14 oz. Package coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp Whipped cream cheese
- 2 cups Cooked, shredded chicken
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add the entire 14-oz. package of coleslaw to the pan. Sauté the coleslaw for 4-5 minutes or until it has wilted down slightly.
- Reduce the heat to low. Stir in 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning mix, ensuring even distribution.
- Pour in 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce and continue stirring.
- Add 2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese to the mix, stirring until it's fully incorporated.
- Add 2 cups of shredded chicken to the pan.
- Allow the entire mixture to sauté for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring the flavors meld.
- Remove the pan from heat. Serve the Buffalo Ranch Coleslaw with Shredded Chicken immediately, and enjoy your savory creation!
