- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1½ scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Start by blending the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Gradually add the almond flour and vanilla protein powder to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the dry ingredients are fully incorporated into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips and gently stir until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
