“FHM Italian Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan”

High-Protein Italian Chicken Sausage Sheet Pan
Equipment
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 Veggie chopper or cutting board + knife
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Mixing spoon
- 1 measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 4 Italian Chicken Sausages, sliced
- 12 oz. Bag fresh broccoli florets About 1 head
- 24 oz. Bag baby dutch potatoes
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet withfoil or baking mat.
- Slice potatoes in half or into small, even pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, add olive oil, minced garlic, Italianseasoning broccoli, and potatoes. Mix together untilveggies are coated and seasoning is distributed.
- Pour veggies onto sheet pan, spreading evenly across thepan.
- Slice chicken sausage into even coins. Add to sheet panwith veggies.
- Place sheet pan in oven for 20 minutes, or until potatoesare soft (test with a fork). Enjoy!
