Macro Friendly Salted Honey Peanut Butter Dip
Equipment
- Small spatula or mixing spoon
- Small spatula or mixing spoon
Ingredients
- 1 5.3 oz. container non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- Spinkle of sea salt
Instructions
- Add greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, and honey to a small mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top. Using apples, graham crackers, pretzels, or your favorite dipper, grab a scoop and enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust the saltiness of this recipe by adding more or less sea salt. If you like it a little saltier, mix in some sea salt to the yogurt mixture and then add a little more on top. If you don’t like salt, you can completely omit it and it will stay be delicious!
- This recipe is perfect for a single-serve snack, but you can also make a larger batch to take to a potluck, BBQ, or get together.
