This quick and easy bowl is so delicious!! I’ve had it with a variety of sauces & chicken and it hits the spot each time. It’s a staple for my lunches or quick dinner with a side salad.

    • Love that you’re mixing it up with different sauces and proteins!! This really is such an easy and versatile dish! 🤎

  • Your recipe states you need an air fryer under equipment but your recipe states to place in the microwave for 90 seconds. It then states times may vary depending on air fryer used. Which is it?

    • The air fryer is used to cook the chicken. I then added the cooked chicken to the bowl with all the ingredients and microwaved them to achieve heat through all ingredients! It’s in the directions 🙂

    • Hi Danni! That’s a great question. Yes, you can, however, the consistency of the cottage cheese might change through the freezing/re-heating process. Let me know if you try it and how it turns out!

    • Hi Lori! Yes, fat free should work just fine. Just keep in mind that different brands and fat content will likely provide differing textures.

    • Hi Jenn! Yes, it should be fine to meal prep! They should be good in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. I would hold off on warming up the cottage cheese until you’re ready to eat them.
