  • 1 High-speed blender
  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons


  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk Or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI))
  • 2 tbsp Granola


  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.

You can use fresh strawberries and add ice cubes if frozen strawberries aren't available.
