Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup 2% milk Or milk of choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend 1st Phorm Level-1 or Clean Simple Eats (code TAMI))
  • 2 tbsp Granola

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Top with more granola or additional toppings of choice (strawberries, whipped cream, etc.). Enjoy!

Notes

You can use fresh strawberries and add ice cubes if frozen strawberries aren't available.
