  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Mixing spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (198g) Banza rotini pasta Or pasta of choice
  • 12 oz. Cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup Baby spinach, roughly chopped
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella pearls
  • 4 oz. Pesto

Instructions
 

  • Gather and prepare all ingredients (cook pasta, shred chicken, slice tomatoes).
  • Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl. Stir until pesto coats the entire salad.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. If meal prepping, divide into individual containers with airtight lids.

Notes

This salad can be enjoyed for up to 5 days refrigerated.
Feel free to throw in any additional veggies you prefer and top with parmesan cheese for a little extra flavor.
