High Protein Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Mixing spoon
Ingredients
- 1 box (198g) Banza rotini pasta Or pasta of choice
- 12 oz. Cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 cup Baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 4 oz. Mozzarella pearls
- 4 oz. Pesto
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients (cook pasta, shred chicken, slice tomatoes).
- Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl. Stir until pesto coats the entire salad.
- Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. If meal prepping, divide into individual containers with airtight lids.
