  • Mug (10 oz or bigger)
  • measuring spoons

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Splenda
  • ¼ cup Kodiak Cake Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp almond slivers
  • 1 tbsp old-fashioned oats
  • tbsp milk
  • Optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream


  • Begin by placing your selected fruit and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the microwavable mug.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the pancake mix, the remaining 1 tablespoon of sugar, cinnamon, almonds, and oats. Pour in the milk and stir until a thick dough forms.
  • Take the prepared dough and drop clumps of it evenly over the fruit in the mug.
  • Microwave the mug, uncovered, on High for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Watch closely until you see the fruit bubbling up to the top of the mug.
  • Remove the mug from the microwave and let cool for 1 minute.
  • Optional, add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream on top.
  • Enjoy your delicious individual blueberry cobbler!
